What You’ll Do

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized intervention plans.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and refine strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Provide consultation and training to families and caregivers.
• Work closely with a team that values professionalism, ethics, and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
• Master’s degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioural Sciences, or related field.
• ABA experience (adult population experience is an asset but not required).
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis skills.
• Reliable vehicle for occasional travel to other sites.
