We’re looking for a Calgary-based Partnerships Coordinator to help grow our podcast and media brand through guest bookings, sponsor outreach, and brand collaborations.

What you’ll do Find and reach out to potential podcast guests Identify and contact potential sponsors and partners Coordinate guest bookings, follow-ups, and scheduling Support collaboration and partnership outreach Help drive revenue through sponsorships and strategic partnerships Represent the brand professionally in communication and outreach

What we’re looking for Strong written and verbal communication Organized, reliable, and proactive Comfortable connecting with brands, founders, professionals, and premium guests Interest in media, business, marketing, communications, or partnerships Based in Calgary, AB Able to manage weekly responsibilities independently

Nice to have Experience in outreach, sales, partnerships, media, events, PR, or admin support Familiarity with podcasts, content brands, or sponsor relations
