About the role

Company Description

F45 Training has been one of the fastest growing global fitness networks for the last decade, offering high-impact group workouts that deliver personal training-level results at a more accessible cost. Classes are made up from 10-36 members/class.

F45 Training Hamilton Downtown (established in 2018) focuses on 45-minute, community-driven sessions that blend high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional exercises to support lean muscle development and cardiovascular health. Workouts are coached by two certified trainers and are scalable for all fitness levels, creating an inclusive and motivating environment. The studio features functional equipment such as kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, barbells, and medicine balls instead of traditional cardio machines.
