Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Door to Door Sales Representative role based in Edmonton, AB. In this position, you will canvass assigned neighborhoods, introduce Scholars Edge Painting’s services to prospective customers, and generate qualified leads through face-to-face conversations. You will schedule estimates, collect key information about customer needs, and clearly explain service offerings. You will also represent the brand professionally at all times. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and professional customer engagement. Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as prospecting, persuasion, and closing, with an interest in door-to-door outreach. Candidates should possess Training-related abilities, including openness to coaching, willingness to learn, and capacity to apply new techniques. Candidates should possess Sales Management–related skills, such as basic pipeline tracking, goal-setting, and time management; any leadership experience is an asset. Comfort working outdoors and walking for extended periods, with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers in person. Motivated, reliable, and results-oriented, with a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset; familiarity with the painting or home services industry is beneficial but not required. Availability for part-time on-site work in Edmonton, AB; valid driver’s license and access to transportation are preferred. Pay -Pay is minimum wage or commission, depending on which one is higher.
