Job Description: Job Summary This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods. Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars . Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. Ability to read and memorize postal codes Availability to work flexible shirt hours, up to 5 days per week Warehouse experience - Preferred Job Type: Part- time Work Location:65 TRILLIUM PARK PLACE KITCHENER ON N2E 1X1 CA Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (Flexibility required) Shift Start: 4:30 AM to 9:30 AM Pay rate: $18.50 Compensation & Benefits: This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers: Full benefits Tuition reimbursement Training and career development Guaranteed wage progression What UPS can offer: Weekly compensation starting at $18.50 / per hour $30.09 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service. All work is performed in a warehouse setting. This is a general labor type job that requires unloading packages out of trailers and then loading the packages into the UPS trucks based on the final destination city/postal code.
