Willowtree Farm is currently recruiting reliable, creative, and motivated bakers and pastry chefs. Are you looking for an opportunity to use your culinary skills in a farm to table kitchen? We are looking to add to our growing kitchen team.

• Willing to accept coaching from the head baker.

• A quick learner who can handle multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
• Able to follow directions with good work ethics.
• Have their own transportation.

Key Responsibilities / Job description:

• Early starting hours.
• Lifting at least 25 kg.
• Use of large scale bakery oven and equipment.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm working in a team setting with the head baker.
• Communicating thoroughly in order to complete daily tasks.
• Regular clean up in order to maintain our clean work environment.

You are required to work every weekend as these are the busiest days.

Full and Part-time positions available for busy, Experience necessary for kitchen work. Applicants must be able to work independently and lift up to 40lbs.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Experience:

• Kitchen: 1-2 year (preferred)
