As an Artigiano Barista, you will not only learn the craftsmanship of latte art. It will also provide world-class hospitality, excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and team members alike.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service while taking orders, preparing/serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Leads with a positive and energetic attitude
• Build process and routine-based workflows to ensure smooth operations
• Foster strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and community engagement
• Support to ensure consistency and quality service
• Assist with product handling and overall appearance and community image
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet 8 hrs a day
• Passion for building relationships with guests and growing a local business
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certification is an asset but not required.
