The annual salary for each teacher position is determined by qualifications and experience for placement on the MEI Teacher Salary Grid. For the 2026-2027**** school year, a full-time BC Certified Teacher salary (with a certificate of qualification from the BC Ministry of Education and Childcare and with a university degree and a professional teacher education program) ranges from**$69,050 to $113,295.**
