This is a part-time to full-time position, depending on the successful candidate. The role includes coaching, program planning, and administrative support within our competitive women?s program.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coach 1?3 competitive WAG groups (5 days/week depending on contract)
• Deliver high-quality technical coaching and individualized athlete feedback
• Coach daytime school group bookings (if applicable)
• Develop and implement lesson plans and training plans
• Collaborate with office staff and program directors to ensure strong program delivery
• Support Competitive and Recreational Directors as needed
• Assist with event planning and club activities (an asset)

What We?re Looking For

• Minimum C1 WAG certification or ability to obtain.
• Current Respect in Sport / Risk Management (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Current vulnerable sector police check
• Strong communication, teamwork, and athlete development skills
• Energetic, positive, and committed to long-term athlete growth
