About the role
This is a part-time to full-time position, depending on the successful candidate. The role includes coaching, program planning, and administrative support within our competitive women?s program.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coach 1?3 competitive WAG groups (5 days/week depending on contract)
- Deliver high-quality technical coaching and individualized athlete feedback
- Coach daytime school group bookings (if applicable)
- Develop and implement lesson plans and training plans
- Collaborate with office staff and program directors to ensure strong program delivery
- Support Competitive and Recreational Directors as needed
- Assist with event planning and club activities (an asset)
What We?re Looking For
- Minimum C1 WAG certification or ability to obtain.
- Current Respect in Sport / Risk Management (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current vulnerable sector police check
- Strong communication, teamwork, and athlete development skills
- Energetic, positive, and committed to long-term athlete growth
