What we?re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience in sales, upselling, and meeting quotas is an asset (but not required!)
• A passion for building client relationships and exceeding sales goals
• Minimum 18 years old
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to greet and assist customers with confidence and warmth
• Comfortable upselling products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Willingness to stay informed on promotions and product knowledge
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and studio standards
