A key role on a great team
The successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
Participate in the entire recruitment cycle for production positions, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and welcoming and onboarding new production employees; Handle administrative follow-ups related to personnel changes (hires, job changes, departures); Coordinate and support the organization of events, recognition initiatives, and recruitment events; Perform various administrative tasks related to human resources and keep employee records up to date; Answer employees’ initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources; Participate in various HR projects aimed at supporting the employee experience and organizational objectives; Serve as a point of contact to foster connections between employees, managers, and the HR team.
On a day-to-day basis, she will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals for success:
