Shift Physiotherapy is a growing, patient-focused physiotherapy clinic located alongside a medical office alongside family physicians and sports medicine specialists. We provide personalized, evidence-based physiotherapy with an emphasis on one-on-one care, hands-on treatment, and long-term functional recovery.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team and expand our services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to provide high-quality massage therapy care to our patients.

The ideal candidate is someone who is professional, reliable, and committed to delivering individualized treatment while building strong patient relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work in an collaborative environment where customer satisfaction and health are the top priorities. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and ability to create rapport with the clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy assessments and treatments based on patient needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document findings appropriately.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate charting and records in accordance with professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with the physiotherapist and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
• Provide excellent patient care in a clean, welcoming clinical environment.
• Help contribute to a positive clinic experience and long-term patient retention.

Pay: $52.00-$110.00 per hour
