We?re looking for someone to join our awesome team as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express in Bowmanville.

When you?ll work here, you?ll feel right at home. It?s an environment where guests are your neighbours, co-workers are your friends and where simple acts make for lasting impressions.

Things you would be required to do:

• Check- in guests in and out of hotel
• Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
• Provide excellent customer service as per hotel and Brand standards
• Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
• Schedule services, such as taxi pick-ups, when guests inquire
• Refer guests to local amenities and venues
• Communicate guests? requests and complaints to the appropriate department

The Ideal candidate should have

• Front Office experience
• Must be quick on their feet
• If you speak multiple languages, it would definitely be an asset
• You should be neat, professional and well groomed
• You should possess strong organization time management skills, attentive to details
• If you have previous experience with computers in a service related position, it would be awesome
• You should be able to stand for extended periods of time
• You should possess excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential

**Please note you must be able to work Shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
