COST Vape is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping and a strong ability to assist customers with product selection, provide excellent service, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert advice on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, coils, and accessories.
• Educate customers on vaping safety, product usage, and maintenance.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stay up to date on the latest vaping trends, regulations, and new products.
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with local and federal vaping regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and receiving shipments.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of vaping products and accessories (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash/card transactions.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.

Pay: $17.75-$18.25 per hour
