Location: onlythestrong Personal Training Facility (Etobicoke)

Schedule: Mornings & Evenings (Split Shift) (6am - 12noon & 4pm - 8pm on select days)

Status: Part-time

The Role

Mornings set the tone for the entire week. At onlythestrong, we?re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Personal Trainer to own the floor on the most important point of the day.

We aren't a "big box" gym. We are a results-driven, community-focused facility in South Etobicoke that prioritizes movement quality over momentum. If you?re a trainer who thrives on technical coaching and building long-term client relationships, you?ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach with Precision: Deliver personalized 1-on-1 or small group training sessions that align with client goals (hypertrophy, strength, or functional longevity).
  • Programming: Develop and track progressive training blocks that ensure measurable results.
  • Floor Presence: Actively engage with members, maintain a pristine training environment, and embody the "Strong" brand.
  • Assessment: Conduct initial movement screens and consultations for new morning members.

Your Qualifications

  • Certified Professional: Valid CPT (NASM, CANFITPRO, ACSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 1?2 years of experience coaching in a private or boutique setting.
  • The Morning Spark: You bring the motivation required to help clients kick off their week with intention.
  • South Etobicoke Local: You understand the vibe of the West End?professional, down-to-earth, and hardworking.
