Overview We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Building Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our commercial facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of our property through hands-on maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure all areas are kept tidy, safe, and free of hazards
• Monitor supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance activities
• Report any significant repair needs or safety concerns to management promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance and general upkeep tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical condition to perform cleaning and maintenance duties effectively
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
