We are seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Clinic Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face of a holistic, client-centered clinic, creating exceptional experiences, building relationships, and keeping a busy wellness space running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Welcome every client with genuine warmth and professionalism Answer phones, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly Book, reschedule, and optimize practitioner schedules in JaneApp Process payments and manage daily clinic transactions Maintain a clean, beautiful, luxury clinic environment Support practitioners with room turnover and daily operations Educate clients about services, memberships, packages, and promotions Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into bookings Assist with inventory, retail displays, and clinic supplies Help coordinate events, community partnerships, and marketing initiatives Problem solve with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves multitasking Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked An interest in holistic health and wellness Comfortable learning new software (JaneApp experience is an asset) Available to work evenings and occasional Saturdays
Bonus Points If You Have Reception or administrative experience in a medical, wellness, or spa setting Sales or customer service experience
