About the role
Key Responsibilities Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols Uphold cleanliness of workstation, including weekly and shiftly deep cleaning Support in all areas of the kitchen with a positive attitude. Mandatory: Submit short cover letter acknowledging the following: Candidate must have availability on holidays. Christmas and New Years are block off period for us. 3-4 days evenings position, late night availability an asset. However, training for the first 3 month may be during morning hours. (8am-4pm). Depending on performance full time can be offered post probation. Please indicate availability.
