What We're Looking For Strong experience in Data Science Strong experience in interpreting charts, reports, dashboards, and structured visual documents Strong experience in visual document understanding and analytical reasoning Ability to create structured evaluation criteria and objective rubrics Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
