Trade Expertise Required | Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)

Are you a veteran of the trades looking to get off the tools? LD Plumbing & Heating is looking for a local expert to lead our dispatching. Use your years of field experience to guide our customers and support our crew from a comfortable office chair.

The Role:

• Manage incoming calls and "diagnose" jobs using your technical background.
• Schedule and dispatch techs using Jobber (we will train you!).
• Provide technical advice to customers and junior field staff.
• Support the local Ladysmith community with reliable service.

Who You Are:

• Former Plumber, HVAC Tech, or Construction Pro.
• Living in the Ladysmith area.
• Ready for a stable, low-impact role that still keeps you in the game.

Pay & Perks:

• $26 ? $32 per hour (Negotiable based on trade experience).
• Part-time hours to start; great for semi-retirement or work-life balance.
• No more heavy lifting or emergency night shifts.
