About the role
Looking for a part time Conveyancer/Legal Assistant for a Notary office. Duties include followings:

Preparing Invitation letters, Statutory Declarations, Affidavits and other related work from time to time.

Assisting, Handling and preparing Wills and Estate planning files, Power of attorney, Representation agreements, Advance directives etc.

Handling and preparing all paper work for Sale, Purchase, Refinance of Residential Properties from Start to complete, Getting information from client, Faxing, Scanning, follow up with clients, all work related to data entry in the computer, taking care of reception, phone calls, follow up with banks and other law/notary firms, Working on LTSA, BC Online hub, Strata documents.

Runner to Bank and any other work related to office from time to time.
3-4 years of BC Notary office experience is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
