*BFC Flooring is looking for a friendly, outgoing, reliable person to join our team on Saturdays!* Are you someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, helping customers, and keeping things organized? Do you have a great attitude, a welcoming personality, and the ability to juggle a few things at once? Then you might be exactly who we?re looking for! At BFC Flooring, our showroom is often the first stop for customers who are starting a renovation, building a new home, or simply looking for some inspiration. We?re looking for someone who can make that first experience a great one. *WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING* As our Saturday Receptionist, you?ll be the friendly face and voice of BFC Flooring. Your day-to-day will include: * Welcoming customers and visitors into our showroom with a friendly smile * Answering incoming calls and getting customers connected with the right person * Helping customers with basic questions and making sure they feel taken care of * Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry * Assisting with invoices and other basic office duties * Helping keep our front desk and showroom clean, organized, and looking its best * Supporting our sales and project management teams when needed * Helping create a welcoming, professional, and positive showroom experience *WHO WE?RE LOOKING FOR* You don?t need to be a flooring expert ? *we can teach you flooring!* What matters more to us is your personality and your ability to work with people.
