Responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers * Being dependable for all scheduled shifts * Processing member transactions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner * Performing cash out procedures * Operating the till with accuracy * Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards * Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Safety program * This position requires a significant amount of static standing, frequent and constant lifting, bending, and stretching. * File Maintenance * Performing any other duties as requested We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications: * Strong customer service skills * Organizational skills and great time management * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Previous retail and cash experience would be an asset * Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service * Sense of urgency * Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
