WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • Minimum 1 year of related experience A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments. • Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience. • Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty. • Support customer colleagues to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience. • Support and assist co-workers to create solutions to customer issues.
