Duties and Responsibilities * Stand management completing daily inventory counts * Help to oversee daily operations and supervise the servers, support staff, bartenders * Lead, train, coach, and mentor a small team * Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner * Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs * Maintain a clean and organized stand * Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications, Skills and Abilities * Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, and courtesy * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests * Strong organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * ProServe certification required * Spirits and/or Wine service education would be an asset * Evening and weekend availability required The hourly wage rate for this position is $19. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
