Job details

Permanent, Part-Time Flex position (16-34) hours a week. Shifts very between days, evenings and alternating weekends. Maybe scheduled for the occasional overnight if needed. This includes weekends. Flex will be working in a pool of three programs. Wage range: $24.20-28.31 Applications must be received by October 7, 2026. Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
