Part-time Direct Support Professional Pay rate: $25.18-29.46 Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and last-minute call-ins. Application Deadline: October 8, 2026 Location: South River Full G license and personal automobile insurance are required, as supports are required in the community. Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
