The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness according to safety standards. They also manage inventory, handle deliveries, and ensure all food storage logs are accurately maintained.

The Kitchen Driver is responsible for loading delivery vans, following established routes for on-time deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment. They also assist in organizing delivery supplies and reporting any vehicle maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
