Role Description The Office Administrator is a part-time, on-site role based in the London, Canada Metropolitan Area. This role manages day-to-day office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, greeting and directing visitors, and supporting team members with scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic documentation. The Office Administrator assists with customer inquiries, prepares and formats correspondence, and ensures the office environment is professional, organized, and efficient. The role may also involve data entry, updating internal systems, and collaborating with other departments to support administrative needs. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance for managing daily office operations and support tasks. Ability to work with Office Equipment and basic technology tools to maintain a functional and efficient workspace. Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and visitors in a clear and professional manner. Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, provide information, and support a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders. Basic proficiency with productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or administration is an asset. Ability to work on-site in the London, Canada Metropolitan Area and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive work environment.
