Oulton College is currently seeking Practical Nursing Clinical Instructors to join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping future LPN's, ensuring they graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in diverse healthcare settings. What You’ll Do: Supervise and mentor PN students during long-term care clinical placements in the Moncton area. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development in real-world environments Support the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice Promote professional attitudes and practices that reflect excellence in patient care Requirements Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse Good standing with the ANBLPN (Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses) or ability to acquire a license.
