Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages * Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service at the bar * Taking accurate food and beverage orders * Learning the Red Robin menu and helping guests with recommendations * Preparing beverages for Servers and supporting restaurant service during busy periods * Checking identification and following responsible alcohol-service requirements * Processing guest payments accurately * Keeping the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service * Restocking beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as needed * Working closely with Servers, Hosts, kitchen team members, and restaurant leaders * Following food-safety, sanitation, and liquor-service procedures WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for people who: * Are friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests * Have strong organization and multitasking skills * Can provide great service while managing multiple priorities * Work well as part of a team * Are dependable and arrive ready to work * Take pride in preparing consistent, quality beverages * Can stay organized during busy restaurant periods * Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts Previous bartending or restaurant serving experience is preferred. Experience as a Bartender, Server, Bar Server, or in another hospitality or guest-service role is an asset. A valid Serving It Right certification is required. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while providing friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar. They must also maintain a clean, organized workspace and process guest payments accurately while adhering to safety and liquor-service regulations.

Candidates must possess a valid Serving It Right certification and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills. Previous bartending or restaurant serving experience is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
