These services are provided within an individual and/or group context. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable Competencies Organizational skills Assessment skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities Positive approach to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity Demonstrate ability to use computers and associated equipment Ability to adapt to and implement change Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices or procedures.
