Part-time, Hourly Seasons Ponoka, 4004 - 40 St. Close, Ponoka, AB T4J 0A3 The Opportunity We’re looking for a Dining Server. This role is responsible for serving meals and servicing catering events while ensuring an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. What You’ll Do * Prepare food for serving to the residents and ensuring resident satisfaction with meal service * Take orders, setting and stripping tables and serving food/beverages in accordance with established policies and procedures and all applicable regulations * Unpack and store supplies; maintain work and storage areas in a clean, safe sanitary manner * Wash, clean and sort dishes, cutlery, fixtures and equipment used for food preparation and service * Operate and clean food equipment, furniture and maintain dining area * All other duties as assigned * What You’ll Bring * Experience working in a kitchen is considered an asset * Must be able to read and communicate effectively, and follow written/verbal instructions * Ability to lift up to and including 50 pounds is considered an asset * Must be able to operate related equipment * Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of seniors * Ability to organize work and work under strict time constraints * Must have a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness * Current Safe Food Handler’s Certification * What We Offer * A safe, inclusive workplace where you’re supported and appreciated * Competitive compensation and benefits * Opportunities for leadership development and career growth * A warm, welcoming culture inspired by our vision of making people’s lives better, driven by our mission to create happy, healthy, and meaningful lives for our residents * Additional Requirements * Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory * Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required Line 6 - Days: 11:00AM - 7:00PM Line 2 - Days: 7:00AM - 3:00PM Line 6 - Days: 30 Hours Bi-Weekly Line 2 - Days: 30 Hours Bi-Weekly

Requirements
