ALSA is a Private Swim School dedicated to improving the Aqua Lives of children, teens and adults! We are based out of Ottawa, Ontario and offer private/semi private swimming lessons to all ages. We currently operate out of four locations throughout the city for our clients convenience. We are proud to have served over 1200 clients in the Ottawa area and now with the introduction of two new locations in the city we are providing over 300 customized swim lessons per month. Our Mission: We strive to enrich every child, teen and adult's Aqua Life by meeting their individual needs. Our purpose is to develop swimmers in a safe and private/semi private lesson customized to their specific needs.

Provide expert swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels while ensuring strict adherence to water safety protocols. Mentor and train new instructional staff to support the growth and quality of the swim program.

Lead swim programs across Kanata and Nepean by delivering high-quality lessons to children and adults. Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of instructors while managing administrative tasks and family relations.

Provide expert swim instruction to students of all ages while mentoring and training the instructional staff. Ensure a safe swimming environment by enforcing water safety protocols and fostering a positive team culture.

The Head Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons to all levels and mentors other instructors through feedback and training. They also collaborate with the Aquatics Supervisor to improve teaching techniques and assist in recruiting new staff.
