What You’ll Be Doing: Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels, whether they’re just starting or perfecting their skills. Working with the Aquatics Manager to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques. Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits. Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work. Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch. Training new instructors on our curriculum so they’re ready to dive in. Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.
