Job summary
What You’ll Be Doing: Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels, whether they’re just starting or perfecting their skills. Working with the Aquatics Manager to solve operational challenges and improve teaching techniques. Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits. Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work. Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions. Training new instructors on our curriculum. Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
