As a Production Clerk, you will be responsible for various duties including preparing meat and deli in-house products, while following recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistent quality, freshness, and presentation. Ensure that product quality, freshness, and presentation meet our high standards. Follow all workplace and food safety policies and procedures. Prepare, a variety of salads, sandwiches, sauces, and ingredients. Stock displays to ensure adequate product levels in the department. Provide excellent customer service to our customers. Previous production or cooking experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude! Provide superior customer service. Be willing and available to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
