Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area. Duties include polishing silver, cleaning food prep surfaces, and managing trash removal. Candidates must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate and have the physical ability to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with industrial dishwashers is preferred but not required.
