Ability to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet client needs and goals. Proficient in documenting care and maintaining accurate records. What you’ll do

Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop customized treatment plans and SMART rehabilitation goals. Deliver physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility and function while educating clients and caregivers on prevention strategies.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Must possess professional liability insurance, a valid driver's license, and a successful Vulnerable Sector Check.
