Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking a Case Flow, Skilled Worker, for an existing opportunity within our organization. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for monitoring the flow of packaged milk from production to shipping, operating the case filling and case stacking machinery, while adjusting line settings for product changes, removing substandard product, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Schedule: Varying Days and Hours Salary: $24.50 We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering : Generous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance Group retirement plan with employer contribution Telemedicine and assistance program for employees and their families Employee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match Paid time off: Sick days, floater days and volunteer day off Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA Organized activities for employees and their families Advantageous discounts on Saputo products How you will make contributions that matter: Consistently supply the de-palletizer with garbage free cases on a shift-by-shift basis for optimal performance of asset Removing skids of cases from trailer via long john Ability to ascertain plant demands and continually be proactive in supplying dairy cases to case washers consistently Identify and remove all garbage from cases, as required Lid washing tasks Utilizing required equipment to ensure consistent case supply to production area Record any shift data required pertaining to the position Troubleshoot all equipment problems pertaining to the area and provide immediate corrective action Complete necessary documents to maintain BRC and HACCP standards Some heavy lifting required Daily cleaning of case washer mezzanine and de-palletizer area (both mezzanine and floor area) Daily cleaning of the warehouses May be required to remove empty cases and/or cases with product returns from inbound trailers Supports and maintains Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. quality standards. All other departmental duties, as assigned You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: Grade 12 education Working knowledge in food or dairy environment Working knowledge of chemicals Must have or obtain a Forklift License Must be a person who can multi-task and enjoys working in a dynamic environment A high commitment level and a team player who works well with everyone Can easily assume additional responsibility, as required Quick at assessing the facts and making a sound decision Effective communication skills, both verbal and written All applications are carefully considered by our Talent Acquisition team. Requirements

A Grade 12 education and working knowledge of food or dairy environments and chemicals are required. Candidates must have or obtain a forklift license and be able to multitask, work effectively with a team, take on additional responsibilities, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
