The Community Inclusion Worker assists individuals in participating in social, vocational, and volunteer opportunities while advocating for their rights and choices. They are responsible for implementing individual service plans, documenting daily activities, and maintaining health and safety standards. Candidates must have a Grade 12 education, a Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in social services or health care. Essential requirements include valid First Aid/CPR, Food Safe certification, behavior management training, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
