They are responsible for advocating for the person's rights, documenting health information, and fostering positive relationships with families and professionals. Candidates must have a Grade 12 education, a Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in social services or health care. Additionally, a valid driver's license, first aid/CPR certification, and behavior management training are required.
