How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing. As a General Help: * Assist with customer service, food preparation, initial baking and cooking of foods, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen. * Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management About you: * You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent * Previous and food services experience is an asset * Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

What you’ll do

You will support daily operations by performing food preparation, baking, and cooking tasks. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and providing customer service.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to follow instructions are required.
