To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.northcentralco-op.crs [http://www.northcentralco-op.crs/] What you'll do: * Provide a high level of prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service at all times. * Scan items and process transactions in an efficient manner, resolving customer inquiries and issues as needed. * Handle cash, credit and debit transactions in addition to bagging customer groceries. * Complete return of merchandise following company policy. * Stock and clean the front-end merchandising areas including facing of shelves that are closest to the till. * Complete opening and closing out of registers, reconciling tills following established procedures. * Provide information to customers regarding memberships and assist in selling of new memberships. * Share information with customers and members regarding sales, specials and upcoming store events. * Contribute to a team environment by assisting in other areas as required.
