THE POSITION
The Bus Person is responsible for assisting the restaurant serving staff in table operation and overall service efficiency of the dining room through helping with set-up of food and drink stations, organizing and assembling cutlery, clearing tables, and maintaining a high standards for restaurant cleanliness. Prior experience considered an asset. Must have ProServe certification.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in setting up the dining room for service including food and drink stations;
- Organize and assemble cutlery for tables;
- Assist with the clearing of tables;
- Maintain an overall cleanliness in the restaurant;
- Ensure side stands are fully stocked with cutlery and water jugs;
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;
- Run food from the kitchen to tables as required;
- All other duties as assigned.
This position will remain open until suitable candidates are found.
Shifts are event driven and consist of mainly evenings and weekends. Flexible availability is required.
