Position: Concierge (On Call, Permanent)

We have an immediate vacancy for an energetic, self-starter individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude for concierges in high-end residential towers in Coal Harbour.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all residents.
- Conduct access controls.
- Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required.
- Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities.
- Answering all resident questions.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with onsite contractors as required.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Must be available to work afternoon/evenings
