Sales Associate - Full / Part Time - (Near Royal York Ttc station)
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Ideal past experience would be working for a sales, gym or other membership driven environment
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy, facials, and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the spa
- Ability to multitask
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
