Position Overview:

As a Site Experience Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting the adoption of HealthHub services in hospitals across Canada. Reporting to the Ambassador Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, educating patients and hospital staff about HealthHub services, and ensuring the seamless operation of HealthHub devices on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with hospital patients and staff to educate them about HealthHub services, gather feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Equipment Management: Inspect, audit, and document the condition of HealthHub devices on-site, ensuring they are properly maintained and operational.

Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock of marketing materials to ensure patients have access to relevant information about HealthHub services.

Rental Process Assistance: Assist customers in completing the rental process for HealthHub devices, including activation of services and processing payments.

Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding HealthHub services, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical issues as necessary.

Data Analysis: Regularly analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for revenue generation and service improvement.

Compliance: Adhere to all HealthHub and hospital health and safety guidelines, including infection control standards.


Qualifications and Competencies:

Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for patients and staff.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and cultivate positive relationships.

Resourcefulness: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team and contribute to a positive work environment.


Working Conditions:

  • This is a face-to-face position that requires travel to hospitals assigned.
