Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) - Saskatoon is seeking a physician for the position of Medical Director, Medical Imaging Learning Program with the position being located in any community within the province of Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Provincial Department Head, Medical Imaging, the Medical Director, Medical Imaging Learning Program, will provide support and direction for the development and operation of the peer learning program for radiologists across Saskatchewan. This work will be a key component for quality improvement in the provincial department of Medical Imaging.

Job Qualifications

Candidates in consideration must hold certification with the Royal College of Physicians and of Canada in Diagnostic Radiology and must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) and obtain and maintain Membership on the Saskatchewan Health Authority-Saskatoon Practitioner Staff. Fellowship training related to breast imaging would be strongly preferred.
